Cycling Between Research and Development

Our contracts inspire and focus our research trajectories. We approach every client project with the explicit question: "What can we learn from this?" and so far, not a single one has come up empty.

Our research, in turn, enriches all of our work. The knowledge that we accumulate and document from each project benefits our clients and ourselves. Knowledge about collaboration, for example, that we have gained through prior research projects, continues to inform our practical designs for museum exhibits and cooperative games. We also believe in sharing this knowledge with a wider community, via demos, publications and workshops.
